Returns are acceptable within 14 days of purchase, with tags still intact. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. No return on accessories unless shown to be faulty (under discretion of shop staff). No exchanges accepted.

We do not buy clothing or homeware but do recommend that you try selling your items on Vinted, Depop, Ebay or Etsy. However, we do buy vinyl records. If you would like sell some of your vinyl record collection to us please contact us on: relovedvinyl@gmail.com.

If you saw something in store previously that is no longer in stock please contact us via the form with a description of the item and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please note however some items are one - offs.
